Client Relationship Management
Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation
Recruitment Process Management
Market Research & Networking
Administration & Documentation

Requirements:
✓ Industry relevant experience gained in either a retail or head office based role preferred.
✓ Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
✓ Genuine passion and interest in the fashion, beauty and direct to consumer industries.
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to facilitate job offers and candidate acceptance.
✓ Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
✓ Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
✓ Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel etc
✓ Results-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
